Is installation really included in the price?

Yes. Every listed price includes the system, professional installation, labor, and standard materials. If your plumbing needs anything unusual, we’ll tell you during the free water test — before any work starts.

Do I need whole-home or under-sink filtration?

Whole-home systems treat every tap, shower, and appliance. Under-sink systems focus on drinking and cooking water at one faucet. Many families pair a whole-home system with an under-sink unit for the best of both. Your free water test tells us which makes sense.

Which system removes PFAS “forever chemicals”?

The LW Elite 5-Stage whole-home system is certified to reduce PFAS and PFOA to below EPA action levels. It’s our recommendation for homes in areas with documented PFAS contamination.

I’m on well water. Can you help?

Yes. The LW Elite is engineered for both well and municipal water. We’ll test your well first so the system is matched to what’s actually in your supply.

How often do filters need to be changed?

It depends on the system: 6–12 months for LW Essential and Premium, up to 5 years for LW Elite, and about 6–12 months for under-sink units. A maintenance plan takes care of it for you, filters included.

What areas do you serve?
